I. General terms

By ordering a commission you are agreeing with these T.O.S.
I reserve the right to not accept your commission without reason or explanation.
When commissioning please write in a clear and nice manner, providing image references.
Avoid large texts as they make the request hard to understand.

II. Payment

All payments must be made via paypal, in USD.
50% of the payment must be made beforehand, and the rest after the art has been finished and approved.
A sketch will always be sent for approval.
The first modification will be done without charge if needed.
After the first modification a 20% fee will be charged.
Any additional work outside of initial project can be refused, or will be quoted and charged for accordingly.

III. Image Rights

I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve right to repost, use and sell created art in digital or physical forms. Profits won't be shared.
Every client has possibility to buy full commercial rights to commissioned artwork. Details will be discussed individually.
I do not claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties used in process of creation.
The commissioner has the right use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

IV. Dealine

After the first payment the artist has up to one week to deliver the finished piece.
If there’s multiple changes during the process, the deadline will be extended.
